The Journey to Mental Wellness in a Busy World.....

We all care deeply about our physical health, even for a common cold, we seek medical advice. But when our ''mind'' feels heavy, we often try to hide it without telling anyone. In reality, mental health isn't a disease it's a lifestyle that we all must protect.

Mental health is not about ''madness.'' it includes the happiness, sadness, and stress we feel, as well as how we face life's challenges. For someone with a strong mind, overcoming any obstacle becomes much easier.

Sometimes, our minds can fall ill without us even realizing it. Take a moment to reflect on these signs:

💥Feeling constantly angry or sad for no apparent reason.

💥Losing interest in things you once loved doing.

💥Inability to sleep or sleeping excessively.

💥Trying to distance yourself from society and staying isolated.

We can try these small things in our daily lives to help:

💫Communication (Talk it out): Share the pressure in your heart with a trusted friend or family member. Simply talking about a problem brings a huge sense of relief.

💫Limit Social Media usage: Don't compare your life with others' lives. Put your phone aside for at least an hour a day and spend time with nature.

💫Adequate sleep and nutrition: A good night's sleep and healthy food are essential for our brain's functioning.

💫Rest (Me-time): Dedicate at least 15 minutes a day to something you love, like listening to a song or reading a book.

If you feel a level of pressure that you can no longer bear, visiting a professional counselor or a doctor is nothing to be ashamed of. In fact, it is a sign of your intelligence.

A beautiful, free mind is far more valuable than a beautiful body. starting today, take a moment to look after your mind too.
